Coaching and supervision

This training will provide and explore structures for coaching and develop supervision skills. You will be encouraged to create educational material in your areas of special interest.

Communal learning

These modalities are learned primarily through experiencing them yourself, in your own body. The erotic education in this course is communal: we learn from each other and with each other. You will reflect on your experiences in writing and read the reflections of the other students. Thus, participants experience how humans learn sex – through mindful, self-directed practice over time.

Inclusivity and diversity

We strive to create a radically inclusive space and welcome diversity in age, race, culture, professional background, life experience, sexual orientation, and gender identities, characteristics and expressions.

  • The evolution of the U.K. training has been significant, with lots of new content and changes added recently, so if you completed a while back you’ll genuinely get a whole load of new learning to enhance your own understanding and practice. As a second-year student, supporting participants, you’ll improve your coaching skills and facilitation skills, and gain so much from working with this year's participants, you’ll learn just as much from them as they will from you - this is all about shared wisdom and experience. And of course, there are the intensives. Being involved in a different capacity, being part of the team, is wonderful. Hard work and deeply enriching, on many levels. The opportunity to coach, the learning that offers, is immensely valuable to my own practice. A rich, deep experience.
